Cancellation policy

Your appointment and wellbeing is extremely important to me. We understand that sometimes unexpected events and delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment we respectfully asked it to be at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will results in a cancellation fee. The amount will be 50% of the booked service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your service, we may not be able to accommodate you and in this instance, the same cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of an emergency all, or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
